Unilever were keen to improve their on-boarding journey for new employees at a senior level. I was comissioned to add design and illustration to their handbook: 'Be All You Want To Be In Unilever' and their Unilever 'Winning With Talent' cards which were used exclusively for Unilever's own managers. The handbook and cards promoted the behaviours, rituals and practices needed for personal growth and the development of talent within their global business. Merging elements of Unilever's own branding with bespoke illustration I designed the material to be visually appealing but also to help the reader understand 'how things get done' in the Unilever culture.
